How much does it cost to rent at Bridgewater
Terrace?
The cost for renting a two bedroom well-appointed apartment is
only $990.00 per month. Corner units which are enhanced with an additonal
window in the spare bedroom are $990.00. One bedroom apartments rent
for $880.00 per month. The monthly rental includes everything except
electricity and TV/Telephone/Internet charges.
Is there parking at Bridgewater Terrace?
Every apartment is provided with a designated parking space with
ample visitor parking at no extra cost. If you require assistance during snowstorms to remove the snow
from your vehicle help will be provided for you.
What facilities are included with the rental
of an apartment?
Facilities include exclusive access to the Gymnasium and the
Recreation Room, which may be booked for private social functions.
There is also a full program of activities scheduled in the Recreation
Room. A brand new state of the art elevator has been installed,
it is one of the smoothest and safest in the world!
